Pressure Controllers & Valves

Quikspray's pressure controllers and valves range covers everything needed to regulate, direct and shut off flow across agricultural spray systems — from complete bypass controllers to individual ball valves in brass and poly, sized from ¼" through to 2".

The Sting pressure controller is Quikspray's primary bypass controller for trailer and skid spray units, available as a complete 2-tap assembly or as individual components including the body, lever, gauge, remote mount kit and Viton seal kit. A full repair kit is also stocked for in-field servicing. The Karin pressure controller suits QR200, QR300, QR400, GreenPro, UTV300 and UTV400 systems, with a complete 2-tap unit and valve repair kit available. For GreenPro applications, the PBP 25-P controller handles low-pressure boom regulation, and the boom solenoid kit 12V low pressure adds automated boom control to QR200 and QR400 systems.

The valve range covers both poly and brass construction across 2-way and 3-way configurations. Poly ball valves include ¾" and 1¼" Philmac units, 3-way T-port valves in ¾" and 1½" for continuous flow bypass duties, and a 3-way 1¼" L-port for tank switching. Brass ball valves span ¼" through 2" in 2-way and 3-way L-port configurations — covering standard F/F and M/F fittings — including Bertolini pump-specific valves for FTB and FTB500 systems. A ½" brass solenoid valve 12V DC with Viton seal and a ¼" vacuum valve for SCD foam systems are also available.

Pressure monitoring is covered by a 10 Bar (160PSI) pressure gauge compatible with GPI-66, GPI-100 and GPI-150 GreenPro boom systems, plus a 40 Bar safety relief valve for pump protection on QR200, QR300 and UTV300 units.
