Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Quikspray, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below before submitting a return request.

30 Day Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in new condition
• The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible
• Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an applicable refund will be processed if the product meets the return conditions.

Exchanges for Incorrect Choice

If an item was purchased in error or is not the correct product required, exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange conditions:

• The product must be unused and in new condition
• Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Any price difference between products will be charged or refunded accordingly

Returns Outside 30 Days

Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges are available after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Consumable Products

Consumable products are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless required under applicable law.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose.
