Filters & Fittings

Quikspray's filters and fittings range covers every plumbing and filtration component needed to build, maintain or repair an agricultural spray system — from tank strainers and inline filter elements through to hose fittings, compression fittings, camlock adaptors and tank outlet assemblies.

Tank filtration starts at the fill point with tank strainer baskets in two depth options for 400L/600L tanks and 800L/1000L/1200L tanks, plus a dedicated PTO500 tank strainer for larger capacity units. Floating suction filters in poly (with and without hose) draw from the cleanest part of the tank, reducing sediment ingestion at the pump. Inline filter elements are stocked in short 32 mesh (suit 2750000) and long 32 mesh (suit 2740000) for QR200/QR400 systems, plus a 1½" 32 mesh element for PA730-equipped 9TBE/10TBE units.

Tank accessories include tank lids for 200–600L (255mm) and 800–1200L tanks, lid ring kits, Arag lid seals, 1¼" tank outlet fittings (with and without cap), a tank drain line plumbing kit, and venturi fast filler kits for rapid tank filling via a bypass connection. Straight and 90° agitators keep chemical in suspension during spraying.

The fittings range covers the full breadth of spray system plumbing. Compression fittings in ½" OD suit both gun and reel body connections on QR100P/QR200/QR400 and FTB systems. Hose fittings packs in 3/8" and ½" ID provide a complete set of nut-and-tail fittings for a full hose replacement. Individual fittings include straight and 90° nut-and-tail in 3/8" ID, bulkhead 90° elbows, PVC 1¼" 90° elbows, venturi poly fittings, BSP brass adaptors, Storz 25mm adaptors (male and female BSP), camlock poly fittings (type A and C) for GPI-100/GPI-150 systems, and hydraulic red nipple fittings in zinc and brass for FR256/FR450 fire reel connections.
