Solid Eco Donut Range

The Solid Eco Donut range is Quikspray's chemical-free, mess-free solution for dispensing foam agents through agricultural and firefighting spray systems — no heavy drums to handle, no measuring, no spills. Each solid donut dissolves directly in the EF500 foam dispenser, releasing a precisely dosed charge of foam agent with every use.

Three donut formulations are available, each in a box of five:

• EF500 Red — Firefighting foam: Specifically formulated for fire suppression applications, producing fire-retardant foam when dissolved in the dispenser. Used by fire agencies nationwide and compatible with standard firefighting spray systems including FR256, FR450 and QR-series units.
• EF500 Green — Wetting agent: Increases water absorption and penetration on treated surfaces for improved spray coverage and knockdown. Ideal for broadacre firefighting and controlled burn support.
• EF500 White — Detergent: Pre-measured detergent donuts for general agricultural and vehicle washing applications, compatible with QR200, QR400, 9TBE, 9TDE, 10TBE and FR256/FR450 systems.

The EF500 foam dispenser (1" medium, includes 5 donuts) is the purpose-built unit that makes the donut system work. Constructed from anodised rigid aluminium with a stainless steel claw system, it weighs just 3kg and easily retrofits to existing fire equipment. Each donut is equivalent to 4 litres of liquid foam agent — no more lifting heavy drums or measuring concentrate. Features a built-in pressure relief valve for safe operation.
